Growth Marketing Manager

As we are restructuring and fine-tuning our growth engine, we are recruiting a person with an analytical mind and relevant experience to lead our marketing team.

You will be involved in taking strategic decisions and breaking down high level business goals into detailed tasks and projects. You will need to develop processes and coordinate campaigns to reach the defined targets. You will also set up a tracking, analysis, and reporting system across our communication/marketing and acquisition channels. You should not be afraid of leading a small team of 2-4 people, be comfortable setting priorities, allocating tasks, and managing projects.

You should be motivated by our mission, not be afraid of new challenges, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the CEO.

Your responsibilities:

  • Re-shape, re-position and calibrate our brand
  • Revisit and adjust the existing marketing strategy, derive a comprehensive plan
  • Setup a tracking and reporting system for inbound/outbound marketing results
  • Define a channels mix and implement the marketing plan across them
  • Define and lead the social media marketing efforts
  • Define and lead the content marketing efforts
  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive growth
  • Allocate the marketing budget across channels
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead acquisition and awareness campaigns
  • Plan and implement our SEO and ASO efforts with internal team and external freelancers

eCommerce Specialist

We are recruiting a college graduate (or student) from a computer science or physical computing background to support our product and tech teams with software testing, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping. This is a super fun job with a lot of challenges and room to express your creativity (in fact our CEO is jealous :p). You will tear things down, build things, fix things and explore the limits of technology. You will report to senior developers and head of product.

Your responsibilities:

  • Run pre-release test protocols for mobile and web apps
  • Coordinate and plan new tests for new features
  • Write different scripts to support the team with automating certain tasks
  • Supporting the customer service team at troubleshooting
  • Spot bugs, properly report and classify them
  • Reverse engineer software and hardware solutions, understand and identify the tech stacks they use.
  • Prepare proper reports for the engineering and product teams
  • Prototype design concepts (both HW and SW)

Ideally you should:

  • Be curious and methodic
  • Have a degree in computer science, physical computing, design with a focus on programming
  • Have a good understanding of microcontrollers and wireless embedded systems
  • Have an interest and understanding of rapid prototyping techniques like laser cutting, metal bending and 3D printing

  • Support day to day operations and office management tasks when needed
